    About Homeowners Maintenance Experts

    Our Story

    At HomeOwners Maintenance Experts, we know you are too busy to keep up with the preventative maintenance on your most expensive asset, your HOME.  That is why we offer a monthly subscription model to insure your HOME stays in top-notch condition.  Our experienced technicians complete a monthly checklist of routine and seasonal maintenance items that insure your HOME stays well maintained.

       

    We also can add additional services to your subscriptions including Handyman Services, Mowing/landscaping, Housekeeping/Maid service, Pool Services and Pest Control.

    Menu / Price List

    Monthly Home Maintenance Subscriptions

    Monthly services include: Replacing HVAC filters, clean A/C unit coils, cleaning dryer vent to exterior, gutter inspection and cleaning, weatherization of external facete, monitor water softener salt and replace as needed, inspect plumbing for leaks, replace hard to reach bulbs and fixtures, caulk around doors and windows, and other small jobs at homeowner's request.

    Silver Monthly Subscription

    $200/month

    Up to 2 hours per month for routine and seasonal household maintenance. Up to 2 HVAC filter replacements included.  

    Requires a 3 month subscription.  $99 per hour over 2 hours. 

    Gold Monthly Subscription

    $375/month

    Up to 4 hours per month for routine and seasonal household maintenance. Up to 3 HVAC filter replacements included.   

    Requires a 3 month subscription. $90 per hour over 4 hours. 

    Discount for longer subscription

    10% discount on monthly subscription with a 6 month commitment.

    15% discount on monthly subscription with a 12 month commitment. 

    Additional Services at an A' La Carte fee

    Mowing and Landscaping services

    quoted per property

    Regular mowing and landscape services as needed.  

    Maid/Housecleaning services

    quoted per property

    Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly house cleaning services.

    General Handyman services

    $125 per hour per technician

    No job is too small.  Our handyman services include minor electrical, plumbing and general household repairs.  Replace a garbage disposal, change out a light fixture, hang a TV, drywall and paint touch up.
